Front-of-House Excellence Be the welcoming face for all patients, managing bookings, payments, recalls, and reactivations.Set a positive tone and manage end-of-day reconciliation with ease.Practice Management Organise rostering, keeping schedules running smooth and efficient for patient care.Set and monitor KPIs with the principal and manage HR policies that align with accreditation standards.Support with commission calculations and invoicing, working closely with the accounting team.Prepare banking documents and keep financials on track for smooth operations.The Ideal Person for This Role ...Has a dental background and experience; is proactive, organised, and focused on creating the best possible patient experience.
