Receptionist – Head Office – Shore Road, Perth – 35 hours per week – Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Are you highly organised, approachable with a friendly manner and have experience in Reception Administration? If so, an opportunity has arisen to join our friendly team.
The role: You'll be the first point of contact at Morris Leslie's Head Office, ensuring a professional and well maintained front of house experience for customers, colleagues and suppliers visiting the office. You will undertake a number of Reception and Administrative duties from mail management, to stationary, call handling and redirection, meeting bookings, visitor hospitality, office catering and wider admin support to Head Office Management Teams as required.
What you'll need: Excellent telephone and communication skills Approachable and friendly manner Strong organisational and administrative skills Experience of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel Ability to work independently as well as part of the wider team Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual Ability to build relationships at all levels Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work Previous experience in a similar type role Our benefits: Competitive salary 30 days holiday per annum inclusive of bank holidays Company pension scheme Free on-site parking Company sick pay scheme About Us: We are a national business with our Head Office at Shore Road, Perth, Scotland.
