Receptionist - Permanent Part Time At World Of Wellbeing

Permanent Part Time Receptionist – 4 Days per Week World of Wellbeing The World of Wellbeing is an allied health clinic located in the Canberra Health Point Building in Woden. 
In addition to our practitioners who offer a wide range of modalities (acupuncture, naturopathy, functional medicine, low level laser therapy, massage,) we offer infrared saunas and pulsed electro magnetic field therapy (PEMF) either as a stand alone or in support of other therapies.
The team has evolved over the years: all the practitioners have been attracted to work at World of Wellbeing because of the culture and values we live by: we are a people centred clinic where the care and support of our clients, and of one another, is key.
Job details This is a job share situation. The four days required are Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays 9.00am-5.30pm. Flexibility to cover sickness/holidays is preferable.
This job requires someone who is mature in age and understanding, has a caring and professional manner, a team player who can also work on their own, general office experience, an excellent telephone manner and the ability to respond appropriately to web and email enquiries.
The job includes the booking of, and payment for, appointments, general office administration, coordinating practitioner calendars, client management, database administration, the booking and programing of the infrared saunas and PEMF and the management of the dispensary. 
The work is varied and will require the ability to time manage, multi task, recognise and understand priorities and stay on track.
