Job Description:Work for one of Australia's leading hospital groupsPart time parental leave cover (ends Jan 2026) opportunity (Tuesday - Friday 8:00 – 16:00 with the opportunity to pick up extra hours when available)Kew locationAbout the Role: You will provide crucial clerical support and facilitate patient management for clinical areas, including admitting and discharging patients, reception duties and delivering exceptional customer service.
A key component of the role is ensuring patient confidentiality is preserved at all times.
Position will be based in Kew at our Caritas Christi site.
Create patient records and complete all necessary information accurately and in line with current proceduresAdmit and discharge patients accurately and in a timely mannerMaintain a high level of customer service by handling patient enquiries via telephone and in person, in an efficient, professional and caring mannerArrange appointments for patients as requested by clinical staffThe classification for this position will be HS1 - HS17 ($58,442 - $64,610 per annum pro rata).
