About the job We are looking for a highly organised, friendly and approachable individual committed to providing a high level of customer service, to be the face of Queensland Cotton in our Newstead office.
As our new Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, and you will also support the wider Brisbane based team with a range of administrative activities.
Reporting to our Executive Assistant & Business Support, this role is suitable to an individual interested in an 8:30-2:30/3pm role.
A snapshot of the role: Greeting visitors upon arrival to the office and triaging any inquiries as appropriateCoordination of incoming and outgoing mail, couriers and deliveriesResponsible for stock control e.g., ordering of stationary, office supplies etc.Credit card reconciliationsCarry out clerical support tasks such as organising meetings, preparing presentations, collating data, setting up of meeting roomsScheduling and following up with meetings and eventsAny other administration duties as required by the team, including events supportWhat's in it for you?
