Receptionist/Office Support and Admin Bookkeeping professionalNourish Tasmania is a group of leading dietitians dedicated to helping individuals achieve optimal health through personalised nutrition guidance.
Their services cater to both children and adults, addressing various dietary needs and health conditions.Services Offered:Children's Nutrition: Pediatric nutrition, managing food allergies, fussy eating, and other feeding challenges.Adult Nutrition: Providing dietary management for gastrointestinal conditions, hormonal imbalances, disordered eating and more.About the roleWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Receptionist/Office Support and Admin Bookkeeping professional to join our team at Nourish Tasmania.This is a permanent part-time role for 3 or 4 days a week, providing vital administrative and bookkeeping support to our offices.The days/hours are from 9:00am – 3:00pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and possibly Friday (we are prepared to work around school drop-off/pick-up hours if needed).Salary will be dependent on skills, experience, and availability.What you'll be doingManaging calls, emails, and greeting clients with professionalism.Assisting with accounts payable and receivable, including data entry, invoicing, banking, and reconciliations.What we're looking forPrevious experience in a similar office support or administrative role, ideally with bookkeeping exposure.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.Knowledge of accounting software (especially MYOB) and practices is an advantage.Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a receptionist?Do you have experience in administration?Which of the following Microsoft Office products are you experienced with?Do you have previous invoicing experience?Do you have data entry experience?Do you have reconciliations experience?Do you have customer service experience?
