As the Reception / Office Coordinator, you will be first point of contact for all visitors and members arriving at CCIWA's CBD office as well as providing Fleet Administration support to the Assets team.
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to: Efficiently and professionally greet all visitors to CCIWA; Management of meeting rooms calendar and provide assistance with the room set up, as required; Manage incoming and outgoing mail and other items and correspondence; Manage the issuing of swipe cards and implement controls to mitigate security risks; Log maintenance issues and respond to contractor queries; Manage the Pool Car bookings and organise servicing and cleaning, as required; Coordinate and implement new or updated procedures for Fleet Management; Manage and organise fuel cards, parking cards and parking allocation for tool of trade drivers; Coordinate regular fleet audits and escalate any concerns to the Assets team; Manage infringements, registration renewals and all insurance claims; Provide administration support to the Assets and Executive business units, as required; This is position is based in Perth CBD on a full-time, permanent basis.
About You You will be an organised and proactive individual who is able to demonstrate good initiative.
You will be an outstanding communicator who is able to foster positive working relationships and build trust and rapport rapidly.
To be considered for this role you will possess: Previous experience in a similar role.
Proven experience in customer service and call centre environments.
Proven ability to interact with internal and external customers to ensure an exceptional level of customer service and satisfaction.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and a high attention to detail.
The ability to work well both individually and in a team environment.
Driven and self-motivated, with the ability to solve problems as they arise.
Energetic and enthusiastic, we operate at a high intensity, with a high level of personal accountability.
