A small business located in Unanderra is seeking a casual office assistant to commence in early October for approximately 3 months while a staff member is on maternity leave.
The successful candidate will require computer skills and be competent with the following programs:
MYOBWordExcelPublisherThere will also be various freight and shipping programs that will be demonstrated.
Duties will include:
Phone answeringChecking incoming orders and recording themPreparing workshop ordersEntering pro-forma invoices in MYOBPreparing shipping documents and arranging couriers or freight companiesThere is some flexibility in the days and hours required, but they will generally be: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10:00 am to 2:30 pm.
Training will be provided prior to starting.
