Receptionist & Office Assistant

Details of the offer

A small business located in Unanderra is seeking a casual office assistant to commence in early October for approximately 3 months while a staff member is on maternity leave. The successful candidate will require computer skills and be competent with the following programs:
MYOB Word Excel Publisher There will also be various freight and shipping programs that will be demonstrated. Duties will include:
Phone answering Checking incoming orders and recording them Preparing workshop orders Entering pro-forma invoices in MYOB Preparing shipping documents and arranging couriers or freight companies There is some flexibility in the days and hours required, but they will generally be: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10:00 am to 2:30 pm. Training will be provided prior to starting.
