About the role We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly mannerAnswer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessaryManage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveriesMaintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception areaAssist with scheduling appointments and meetingsPerform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and photocopyingSupport the engineering team with document preparation and project coordinationHandle inventory and order office supplies as neededAssist in organizing company events and meetingsAbout you: Previous experience in a receptionist or office assistant role preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Friendly and professional demeanorAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbout Us Established in 1995, the Northeast Auto Group are a national award-winning automotive retail and service organisation who employ over 500 people in South Australia, Victoria, Queensland and New South Wales.
