MAYDAY is excited to be recruiting an experienced and well-presented Receptionist / Office Administrator for a 12-month contract, working for a well-known investment company.

What's in it for you: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 + super, pro rata (depending on experience) Office located in Sydney CBD 12-month contract Start date: Monday 3rd February Three days per week: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday Collaborative and supportive team enviroment Key Responsibilities: Co-responsibility for the reception area and client and employee experience, including room bookings and meetings Ensure the reception area, kitchens and meeting rooms are always kept immaculate Answer the switchboard and relay calls accordingly Assist with meeting room bookings and the reception inbox/calendar Assist with catering requests and supplies Distribute post and arrange couriers Overflow for all front of house duties and office operations Responsible for filing and archiving (working with accounts administrator) Restocking office supplies: groceries, alcohol, stationery, first aid items Coordinate office repairs and liaise with the cleaners when needed Back-up support for travel bookings Provide general administrative support to the office Assist with events throughout the year including set up for monthly drinks and Town Halls About you: Experience in a reception/front of house or office administrator role Immaculate and corporate presentation Strong and articulate communications skills Strong attention to detail Team player with a friendly and approachable demeanour Highly proficient using the Microsoft Office package – Outlook, Word, Excel A degree of flexibility around working hours and variety of the role If this sounds like the right role for you, please apply now!
