This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to kickstart their career in administration!THE ROLE:As a Receptionist / Office Administrator, you will support the team with essential tasks, including:Processing and Coordinating Requests: Assist in handling requests from clients, ensuring all details are communicated clearly.Maintaining Records: Help keep accurate records, including tracking information and statuses. Contribute to regular reports on activities.Raising Purchase Orders: Assist in creating and processing purchase orders as needed.Handling Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining documentation to ensure all records are up-to-date and accessible.General Office Duties: Assist with various office and reception tasks as required.ABOUT YOU:To thrive in this role, you should have:Willingness to Learn: A positive attitude and eagerness to develop your skills.Basic Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
