THE ROLE: As a Receptionist / Office Administrator, you will support the team with essential tasks, including: Processing and Coordinating Requests: Assist in handling requests from clients, ensuring all details are communicated clearly.
Maintaining Records: Help keep accurate records, including tracking information and statuses.
Contribute to regular reports on activities.
Raising Purchase Orders: Assist in creating and processing purchase orders as needed.
Handling Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining documentation to ensure all records are up-to-date and accessible.
General Office Duties: Assist with various office and reception tasks as required.
ABOUT YOU: To thrive in this role, you should have: Willingness to Learn: A positive attitude and eagerness to develop your skills.
Basic Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
No prior experience is required.
Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy and problem-solving.
Team Player: Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
