ACT Stainless Steel & Catering Equipment – Fyshwick ACT
ACT Stainless Steel is seeking a part-time Receptionist/Office Administration person to assist in our office Monday - Friday 9.30 - 2.30 in Fyshwick.

We are looking for a person who:
Is proactive, enthusiastic, organised, reliable, and consistent in their work.
Has a background in Marketing & Social Media.
Has a professional telephone manner.
Has experience in a reception and/or admin role.
Possesses strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
Has strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Exhibits strong verbal and written communication skills.
Has the ability to multitask.
Your duties will include:
Answering incoming telephone calls.
Greeting customers and clients.
Performing general office duties including scanning, printing, filing, and post office runs.
Maintaining office and showroom presentation, including general cleaning duties.
Looking after all warranty and service calls.
Providing quotes to customers and raising invoices.
Taking payments.
Assisting our accounts personnel.
Organising appointments with suppliers and clients.
Assisting our project management personnel with various project administration paperwork including but not limited to Tenders, OMMs, Equipment Pricing Data Entry, and site paperwork.
Managing social media accounts and monitoring engagement.
Creating and curating content for social media platforms.
Please note onsite training is provided.
