Receptionist / Office Administrator The Firm This WA boutique law firm specializes in Property and Commercial leasing and is seeking a Receptionist / Office Administration Assistant to join their team just West of the Perth CBD. Known for longevity in their staff members, the firm provides a positive and supportive working environment for everyone on the team.
The Position Duties As a Receptionist / Office Administrator in our busy firm, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:
Answering inbound calls/making outbound calls Set up and maintenance of meeting/boardroom Data entry General administration duties Drafting and amending documents Diary and time management The Candidate To be considered for this opportunity, it is critical that you possess the following skills and experience:
Previous experience in a receptionist role Intermediate Microsoft Office skills Exceptional attention to detail Ability to multitask The firm is open to five or four days a week, with flexibility on start and finish times of 8am - 4:30pm or 8:30am - 5:00pm.
