Job DescriptionWhat You'll Do: Welcoming and assisting patients with a warm, professional demeanorScheduling appointments and managing the appointment book efficientlyHandling patient records with accuracy and confidentialityCoordinating with the dental team to ensure seamless patient careManaging patient inquiries both in person and over the phone1x late night required every week either Tuesday or Thursday eveningHours of work are 7:30am - 5:30pm 3 days a week and 10:00am - 8:00pm (Tuesday or Thursday evening)4 day work week - RDO weeklyQualificationsWhat We're Looking For: Experience:Admin experience essential - HICAPS, data entry, accounts etc.
Scheduling patients, answering phone calls, replying to emails, other daily scheduling.
Health experience preferred but not essential.Team Player:A positive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential.Organizational Skills:Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized in a busy environment.Customer Focus:A genuine desire to help others and provide outstanding serviceAdditional InformationWhy This Industry?
