Job Description What You'll Do: Welcoming and assisting patients with a warm, professional demeanor Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment book efficiently Handling patient records with accuracy and confidentiality Coordinating with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care Managing patient inquiries both in person and over the phone 1x late night required every week either Tuesday or Thursday evening Hours of work are 7:30am - 5:30pm 3 days a week and 10:00am - 8:00pm (Tuesday or Thursday evening) 4 day work week - RDO weekly Qualifications What We're Looking For: Experience: Admin experience essential - HICAPS, data entry, accounts etc.
Scheduling patients, answering phone calls, replying to emails, other daily scheduling.
Health experience preferred but not essential.
Team Player: A positive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential.
Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized in a busy environment.
