- Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00pm, (Saturday 8:00-12:00pm when required or requested by the director).
- Gregory Hills Location.
- Training Provided if necessary.
Tasks Include: Front Desk - Greeting CustomersOrganising incoming emails to ensure clients/suppliers are replied to in a timely mannerDaily ErrandsGeneral filing and documentationDaily reception dutiesTaking enquiries and making bookings from a range of customersMaintain regular contact with our retail and trade customers to provide updates on their vehicles and additional work that is requiredMust live locallyGeneral housekeeping and cleaning dutiesFull Drivers Licence EssentialSkills we are looking for: Adequate Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Publisher)An ability and willingness to learn new software packages as requiredExperience in a reception or administration roleAbility to prioritise work and get tasks done in a timely mannerAbility to communicate and build relationships internally and externally within the businessAbility to prioritise, organise and plan with the director and other management staffExceptional level of professionalism, maturity, and confidentiality in daily work ethicThe ability to show initiative and to go above and beyond to keep things running smoothlyExperience in Marlin software highly regarded but not necessary as training is providedAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multi-tasks.The Successful candidate will have the following attributes: Good attitude towards staff and customersStrong communication skills over the phone and in personThe ability to multi-taskImmaculate Presentation DailySeeking a long-term career in the automotive industryAustralian citizen or full-time visa holder with fluency in EnglishYour application will include the following questions:
