What is the opportunity? As the Receptionist based at our modern Osborne Park corporate office, you will provide a high level of customer service to all external stakeholders and provide administrative support to internal staff. To set you up for success, you will be provided with support and training while you learn the role and understand the day-to-day responsibilities!
This is a full-time permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm.
Reporting to the Accounts Supervisor, you will work closely with the Finance team to provide basic accounts admin assistance. Your responsibilities will include, however, not be limited to:
Handling queries via phone, email, and general correspondence in a timely manner.Being the face of PRC & greeting all visitors in an approachable and friendly manner.Directing and transferring calls within PRC divisions.Taking messages and ensuring they are passed on to the appropriate staff member in a timely manner.Providing appropriate paperwork to candidates attending interviews and liaising with the HR team.Undertaking report preparation and formatting of documents, for example, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, as required.Maintaining stationary levels and placing new orders if required.Assisting the Finance team with invoicing & receipting.Maintaining meeting rooms and ensuring food and refreshments are provided if necessary.Maintaining office services as required & liaising with external providers (cleaners and general maintenance).Assisting with organizing doctor's lunches as required.What do you need to be considered? Ideally, you will have previous customer service experience with a mature, approachable, and confident nature. We are looking for an individual who has a willingness to learn and grow as PRC continues to evolve. You would be a 'people-person' and have the ability to work well with others whilst also being comfortable working with minimal supervision once trained in the role.
Good time management skills are crucial in order to prioritize and stay on top of your daily tasks. If you have experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, that will be highly regarded, however not essential. In addition to the above, you will need:
