The Foot & Ankle Clinic is seeking two enthusiastic Receptionists to join our busy team on a part-time basis , working 38 hours per fortnight each on a rotating roster: three days one week and two days the next.
Flexibility to cover sick leave and annual leave is essential .
This is an active role combining administrative and retail responsibilities in a bustling clinic.
You'll be working alongside a supportive team, enjoying variety in your day-to-day tasks, and reaping great rewards!
Your Key Responsibilities Customer Service: Deliver a warm and welcoming experience to all patients, ensuring every visit is positive and memorable.
Appointment Management: Manage bookings, cancellations, and follow-ups to maintain a seamless clinic flow.
Footwear Fitting and Sales: Provide expert advice and assist customers in selecting footwear that best meets their needs.
Instrument Sterilisation: Ensure all podiatry instruments meet hygiene standards and are sterilised and ready for use.
Podiatrist Assistance: Support podiatrists during consultations and procedures to enhance patient care and clinic efficiency.
Administrative Duties: Handle patient records, billing, payments, and other essential administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For We are seeking two experienced receptionists who can provide exceptional support and have the flexibility to cover shifts.
Additionally, the ideal candidates will have: Administrative Expertise: Proven experience in administrative roles with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Footwear Knowledge: Prior experience in footwear fitting and retail sales is highly desirable.
Team Player Mentality: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a harmonious team environment.
Multitasking Skills: Thrive in a fast-paced setting with excellent prioritisation and organisational abilities.
Customer-Focused Approach: Friendly, approachable, and committed to creating exceptional patient experiences.
Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using booking and scheduling software and basic computer systems.
Adaptability: A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
