Receptionist

Contract role till May 2025 with possible extension.
Hourly pay rate up to $45/hour + Super.
Hybrid work (WFH + Parramatta office).
8 hours a day and 40 hours a week PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:   You will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service at the reception whilst providing administrative support.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:    Provide high-quality front-line customer service including initial advice, information, guidance, escalating and redirecting issues as required, and managing customer information to ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity.
Update and maintain customer and stakeholder records using CRM application to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible to staff in a timely fashion.
Reception duties, including answering the phone, collecting visitors, and assisting with covering the work of other support staff during workload peaks.
Assist with coordinating team and stakeholder meetings including scheduling diaries, organising catering, preparing agendas, and taking notes and following up agreed actions where required.
Ensure routine correspondence, emails and briefs are prepared in accordance with format and template requirements.
Sorting incoming mail, administering outgoing mail, distributing faxes and packages and assisting with bulk mail outs and correspondence.
