About the Role Provide a warm, welcoming and professional reception service where enquiries, booking and other matters are dealt with accurately and promptly Complete day-to-day administrative support and reception services to the VillageMaintain the resident database and assist with administrative tasks in relation to new and outgoing residentsAssist the Village Manager, staff, contractors and residents with administrative tasks such as word processing, correspondence, faxes, photocopying, bookings, taking minutes and document managementComplete office equipment and stationary orderingMaintain Village records in accordance with organisational policies, guidelines and proceduresShifts available Monday and Tuesday 9am - 5pm About you Warm and friendly demeanour Great attention to detail and effective time management Willingness to assist others and provide information  Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to pick up  Ability to communicate and assist employees of all levels of the organisation Interested in applying?
