Role Overview:
As the Receptionist, you will be the face of the company, providing exceptional customer service to visitors and employees alike. Your role will involve managing the reception area, handling calls, coordinating meetings, and ensuring a smooth front office operation.
Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.Manage incoming calls and redirect them appropriately.Maintain a clean and organised reception area.Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting preparations.Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.Support administrative tasks as needed.
