Your new role
Your new role as a Receptionist you will join a busy firm situated in the heart of the Adelaide CBD. You will be an integral part of a renowned firm responsible for duties not limited to: Responsible for first contact, either in person or on the phone, maintaining professionalism, welcoming demeanour, and courtesy at all times, while demonstrating the company culture. Offer coffee, tea, and other refreshments to clients and business partners waiting for interviews and meetings. Effectively manage the distribution of messages and book appointments in the diary for Directors, Advisers, and Accountants as appropriate. Manage front-of-house facilities, including interview rooms, boardroom, and kitchen facilities, ensuring they are ready for the day and effectively maintained. Manage staff facilities (kitchen & bathrooms) and client service areas (interview rooms, boardroom, kitchen) to ensure they remain clean and tidy. Keep coffee machines clean and ready for clients by 8:30 AM each morning. Purchase kitchen supplies from designated suppliers as needed and distribute them appropriately. Monitor stationery supplies regularly and purchase from designated suppliers as required. Arrange basic office maintenance through property managers. What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will meet the following criteria:
Previous reception experience Immaculate representation of the brand and image. A customer centric focus Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills Efficient time management and prioritisation skills Capability to work independently Ability to demonstrates initiative What you'll get in return
