Are you friendly and organized? Our client is seeking a Receptionist to welcome visitors, answer phones, and keep things running smoothly at their office.
ResponsibilitiesGreet visitors and direct them as neededAnswer and transfer phone callsSchedule appointments and manage meeting roomsHandle mail and deliveriesKeep the reception area tidyPerform basic office tasks like filing, scanning and data entryTaking payments using EFTRequirementsExperience with Xero is mandatory as well as MS OfficePrevious experience as a receptionist or similar role requiredGood communication skillsAttention to detailFriendly and professional attitudeOther software that is helpful if they have experience is BGL and Suite File3 - 4 years experience in a similar roleSalary will be negotiable based on experience.
