Receptionist

The Company

people2people are experiencing an influx of work within office support and are seeking Corporate Receptionists and Administrators for their temporary CBD vacancies.
The roles will vary from 1-2 day assignments, 2-3 month assignments, 6-12 month assignments and temporary to permanent opportunities.
THE ROLE

Your Duties Will Include, But Aren't Limited To:

Meeting and greeting visitors Preparation of meeting rooms Accepting deliveries from couriers Assisting with travel bookings Ordering of office supplies Ad hoc administrative duties

About You

To be considered for this role you will have: Demonstrated expertise in Reception positions Strong communication and presentation skills High attention to detail Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
