Immediate startMust have 2 years experience as an office admin/support in the Real Estate industryiSell Real Estate is a well-established boutique real estate agency, located in the Belridge Shopping Centre, Beldon. We are looking for a person with a can-do attitude. We are a small office that prides ourselves on our customer service, and as the successful applicant, you will have excellent presentation, a professional approach, and a positive attitude.
We require someone to provide administrative support to both our Property Manager and Sales Representatives on a daily basis, as well as liaise with our clients face to face. You will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls.
Ideally, you will have a minimum of 2 years industry experience. Having worked in a similar role, you will understand the importance of accuracy and punctuality.
You must be competent in all facets of Windows/Excel, and a working knowledge of Rest, File Smart, Inspection Manager, and Agent Box would be highly advantageous.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, and is available for the right person to start immediately. If you think that's you, please submit your resume along with a short covering letter telling us a little bit about yourself. Salary is according to experience.
