Eagers Automotive is seeking a bright, well-presented, and customer-focused Receptionist with a professional manner to join our dynamic team at Westpoint Star Mercedes-Benz located in Osborne Park.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role will provide administrative support to the dealership, including assisting incoming customer requests, filing and processing documents, and completing general administrative tasks for dealership personnel.
This role offers permanent full-time hours; however, flexibility with rostering is essential due to the changing nature of our business.
Duties will include: Welcome all on-site visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnelRecord and forward customer messages and queriesPerform general administration duties and housekeepingAbout you: If you have a positive, 'can do' attitude, exceptional customer service skills, and confidence in your communication, we are looking for you!
You will ideally possess:
