They're on the lookout for a personable and outgoing career receptionist to join them in the Perth office full-time.
The Position As a Receptionist you will be the face of the firm managing front of house duties.
Some of your duties may include but are not limited to: Efficiently manage a busy reception, handling phone calls and greeting clients Administrative office tasks such as filing, data entry and file management Coordinate diaries, meeting rooms, and attend to incoming/outgoing mail Liaise with solicitors, paralegal staff, and clients, providing assistance and maintaining professional communication The Candidate The successful candidate would be someone who is outgoing, professional and has the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Other attributes and skills to include are: Career experience within a reception or administrative position Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft Office What's in it for you?
