About the role: This is a permanent full-time position primarily responsible for providing day-to-day administration support to the Jandakot Office, including assisting with managing visitors to the Office area and Production Facility.
Specifically, you will: Meet & greet visitors, ensuring they are signed inEnsure suitable PPE is worn/provided to visitorsArrange domestic and local couriers as required.Assist OHSE with the update of Contractor InductionsArrange/order office supplies as necessaryCo-ordinate and complete monthly cleaning of the Main Office and kitchenette fridges and freezerArrange transportation as required for staff and/or office visitorsManaging reception emails and providing notifications to staffAssist with desk set up, stationery & welcome signs for new starters.Act as a backup to Concur travel system administration, including adding/removing users and booking travel.To be successful in the above duties, you will have: The ability to work autonomously with limited supervisionActing in an honest, courteous and friendly mannerFriendly, polite phone mannerRelevant experience and/or qualifications in Front Office/Administration support.Well-developed communication (both written and verbal).High attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.Ability to keep matters confidential and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.Strong interpersonal skills.Team player and able to work productively.Proven track record in a similar role in a medium-sized organisation.High level of data entry skill and accuracy.SAP & Concur Travel system experience exposure preferred.Who can apply: This role is open to Australian and New Zealand citizens, Australian permanent residents, and candidates who hold or can obtain a valid working visa for the specified term.
