Your New Role The Receptionist iscrucial for delivering outstanding customer service to both externalstakeholders and internal staff that attend our Perth CBD office. This roleensures the efficient operation of the Aware Super office network, enabling allteam members to perform their duties effectively. In this role you will providesupport services to the Perth office environment while interacting with avariety of stakeholders across the organisation. In this role, your responsibilitieswill include, but not limited to:
Providing a professional and courteous service at all times; Meeting & greeting external clients for both appointments and walk-ins; Assisting members with completion of Aware Super forms; Monitoring and maintaining public areas (reception, meeting rooms, breakout areas etc.); General Office and Facilities tasks – including: assisting with access card requests, kitchen and general maintenance and order for office supplies; Distribution and processing of all incoming and outgoing mail; Accepting all incoming couriers via the goods lift. Fire Warden duties and responsibilities - ensuring Managers are notified of upcoming drills; and Scanning member forms into Computureshare for processing. How do you exceed our expectations? You will be a natural people person, withthe ability to deal with a diverse range of stakeholders (both internal andexternal) within a fast paced environment. You will have strong written andverbal communication skills with the ability to work autonomously and completetasks on time. In addition you will have:
Strong experience working in a Reception/Office Coordinator position; Experience in Superannuation Industry (desirable); Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Office Suite; and Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
