About the role: We're looking for an energetic, organised Receptionist to join our exceptional team based in Newcastle!
You'll bring the energy, delivering top-notch customer service and representing our iconic brands across Newcastle, Coffs Harbour, Port Macquarie, and the Central Coast.
Whether you've got experience in admin, customer service, or just a passion for the media world, this is your chance to step into a role where every day is full of variety, people, and good vibes.

What you'll be doing: Answer calls promptly and professionally, gather accurate information, and assist with local or international courier dispatch.
Maintain a tidy reception and office area, update staff contact lists and manuals, and assist with administrative tasks when possible.
Create and distribute weekly e-newsletters, take and share meeting minutes within 48 hours, and manage boardroom and breakout area cleanliness and updates.
Report technical issues, process invoices, induct visitors, and support accounts coding and expense management.
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, data entry, client navigation, lead generation, and analytics, ensuring alignment with training and development initiatives Experience we're looking for: Excellent front desk presentation and verbal communication skills Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word and Outlook Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude Knowledge of SAP accounts system (desirable) We are values driven at SCA - if you align with our core values, you'll be a great addition to the team: We're Better Together People are our Power Always Curious We Push Doors Open Be Genuine Still not convinced?
