We are currently seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our visitors and clients.
Our successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing the front desk activities, answering and directing phone calls, receiving and assisting visitors, ordering stationery, organising meetings and performing general administrative tasks to support the operations of our office.
Duties and Key Responsibilities Handling incoming calls, internal and external mail, and document archivingGreeting and signing in visitorsMaintaining and organising Reception area, office equipment, and meeting rooms including general cleaning and upkeepOrganising and presenting catering and other support for various meetingsKitchen cleaning duties and general maintenance of common areasOrganising taxis and couriersOrganising maintenance for general building issuesStationery orderingDistributing access and ID cards for staffMaintain and update databases as requiredFinance administration such as purchase orders and credit card purchasesAssist the office administration team with all general administrative functionsOther office management tasks as requiredSkills, Knowledge and Experience/ Our Successful Candidate Experience in managing a busy reception areaExperience in a corporate environmentProficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Powerpoint and OutlookThe ability to learn quicklyExcellent communication, time management and organisational skillsStrong attention to detailWe are looking for someone who is available to work in the office 5 days per week (Monday to Friday).
