About the RoleAs the first point of contact for our valued customers, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment at our dealership.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing reception duties, including answering calls, greeting visitors, and providing exceptional customer service.Supporting the team with general administration tasks.Assisting with day-to-day dealership operations as needed.This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while representing one of the most respected brands in the automotive industry.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you'll need:
A positive, friendly, and professional attitude.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Exceptional time management and attention to detail.Intermediate computer skills; experience with dealership systems like ERA is an advantage but not essential.While prior experience in reception or administration is a plus, it's your enthusiasm, adaptability, and customer-first mindset that will make you stand out.
