Your Impact Please note – This is a 12 month Fixed Term contract working Monday-Thursday 30 hours/week We are looking for a highly professional Receptionist to join our fabulous team in Melbourne. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding level of customer service to assist in the managing of the front office reception, office management, facilities management and administration support for our Southbank Head Office staff.
Key Responsibilities Delivering outstanding customer service for all face to face and remote interactions - greeting visitors, answering in-coming calls, dealing with couriers and scheduling transport as required for visitors and employeesMaintaining office technology and phones and liaising with IT as requiredWeekly stocktake of all stationery, office supplies, kitchen & bathroom consumables and drinks fridgesMaintaining the reception areaAssisting with catering and in the 58Q All Press Café as necessaryNew starter administration support inclusive of Welcome Packs and other duties as requiredOutgoing daily mail collation prior to 3pm and incoming mail is sorted daily and delivered to the internal mailboxes.About You Demonstrated Reception and Administration experienceExceptional customer service focusTeam player with a willingness to go that one step further in everything you doExceptional communication and organisational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office suite and SharepointProfessionally presented.About Us Asahi Beverages is a leading multi-beverage organisation with a rich and varied history.
