About the Role…This is a highly customer service-oriented role you will be one of the frontline ambassadors for our clients.
Scheduling appointments and conduct follow up callsHandle client inquiries with professionalismEnsure excellence in customer service at all levelsPerform reception duties, inc answering phones & completing administrative tasksAssist clients with hearing aid repairs (comprehensive training provided)Able to work some regular days at our CBD clinic if needed e.g. staff coverage & busy timesAbout You…Previous experience in Hearing/Audiology industry highly desirableExcellent administration & computer skillsExcellent multitasking & prioritisation skills in fast-paced environmentOutstanding interpersonal & verbal communication skillsDemonstrate kindness, compassion & professionalism at all timesCulture and Benefits…Small friendly and professional environmentFull comprehensive training providedMonday to Friday, weekends free!If this sounds like you, please apply with your cover letter and your current resume today!
