About the opportunity John Fawkner Private Hospital is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our administration team on a Part-time basis. You will play a key role working within our supportive team to ensure our patients have a positive experience during their care.

John Fawkner Private Hospital has a long-established tradition for providing quality healthcare to our local community, the veteran community and patients travelling from regional northwest Victoria.
As a Receptionist your responsibilities will include: Handle various administrative tasks including:Meeting and greeting patients/guestsAnswer and redirect callsManaging patient appointments – setting, confirming, and reschedulingConduct follow up requests and make reminder calls for visitsMaintain accurate record managementPatient billing and receiptingPerform clerical tasks including data entry and filingMinimum Requirements: Authority to Work in AustraliaMinimum 1 year of medical administration or reception experience requiredExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsProficient in Medical Software (i.e WebPAS) - desirableStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasksStrong attention to detailExperience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)Healthscope, where career means more!
