Receptionist

The RoleWe currently have exciting part-time opportunities for well-experienced Receptionists to join our team in Richmond. This role is responsible for interacting with customers (in person at reception, via phone, email, and internal systems) to generate positive encounters using a service-oriented approach. Act as the voice of the organization, providing excellent service to customers in a timely manner. We look forward to working with someone who has a passion for providing a high quality of customer service, has excellent communication skills, and possesses demonstrated experience dealing with difficult customers.
