What you'll be up to: Be the friendly face of QMS You'll greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and help keep everything running smoothly.
Support our senior leaders by coordinating meetings and welcoming clients like a pro.
Own the Melbourne office logistics—organise deliveries, catering, maintenance, and supplies with flair Team up with our wonderful EA to assist with admin tasks, travel arrangements, and internal events.
Jump in to help People & Culture with safety projects and audits—keeping things in tip-top shape.
Keep the office looking sharp and running like clockwork, ensuring it's a welcoming, efficient space for both employees and guests.
What we're looking for: A valid driver's license and your own set of wheels to keep things moving smoothly You're a people person, easily connecting with everyone you meet.
You're a great communicator, open to feedback, and love working with different perspectives.
Comfortable with office software and all things organisation—spreadsheets, documents, and presentations are your jam.
Flexibility is key You can adapt to changing priorities and deadlines like a champ.
