Excellent opportunity for a customer service superstar to join our small supportive team as a Medical Receptionist in our fast-paced clinic located in Launceston on a Casual basis (ideally available 2-3 days Mon-Fri). As a medical receptionist you will be responsible for:
Manage all phone enquiries in a timely, professional, and confidential mannerFront of house reception / Greeting patients upon arrivalSchedule appointments for patients and referrersIssue patient invoices/receipts and process Medicare rebates as requiredEnter and update patient registration detailsEnsure the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all timesThis is an outstanding opportunity for those who are eager to learn, driven, resilient and empathetic, whilst also possessing a strong customer service background.
