Receptionist

Katherine Toyota is a family owned and operated multi-franchise company based in the Northern Territory and Western Australia.
We are currently seeking a Receptionist who will be the first point of contact with our customers.
The successful applicant will have -
A warm and friendly personalityExcellent communication skillsGreat telephone mannerExcellent presentation skillsComputer skillsCustomer service experience would be advantageousYour main duties will include, but not limited to -
Greeting customers visiting the dealership and directing them to the relevant department/staff member for their enquiryAnswering phone calls to the dealership and directing to the appropriate team memberMaintaining the presentation of the foyer as the point of entry to the businessMaintaining stationery supply levelsBasic filing and admin dutiesOther duties as required, based on ability and aptitudeThis is a Monday to Friday position with a friendly team to support you. This role would suit a team player who is willing to contribute and grow within a dynamic and growing business.
