About the role We are looking for an enthusiastic Cardiothoracic receptionist to join our diverse, compassionate and dedicated team in the Cardiac Centre Lenah Valley. This role requires someone who can provide effective, efficient administrative support and customer service in a busy health care setting. Reporting to the Business Manager, our receptionists play a key role in liaising with staff, clients and their families ensuring the delivery of exemplary customer service.
Key Responsibilities Providing excellent customer service to patients and Cardiothoracic Surgeons. Outpatient appointment bookings Hospital procedure bookings Outpatient & inpatient billing Management of medical record What you bring Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders Medical reception/ administration role experience High level of personal integrity to maintain patient/doctor confidentiality Ability to work proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand and activity Flexibility to work holiday relief and sick cover Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Demonstrated ability to work both within a team environment and autonomously Proficient knowledge and application of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation For further information please contact Natalie Clark, Business Manager on 03 62795700 or email ******
