About The Role An excellent opportunity for a customer service superstar to join our team as a Medical Receptionist, rotating across our 5 clinics in Hobart. This part-time role will be primarily based out of our Hobart City and Glenorchy clinics. We have 2 part-time roles available, ideally 3 or 4 days a week (Monday-Friday).

As a medical receptionist, you will be responsible for:

Managing all phone enquiries in a timely, professional, and confidential manner. Front of house reception / Greeting patients upon arrival. Scheduling appointments for patients and referrers. Issuing patient invoices/receipts and processing Medicare rebates as required. Entering and updating patient registration details. Ensuring the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times. This is an outstanding opportunity for those who are eager to learn, driven, resilient, and empathetic, whilst also possessing a strong customer service background.

You Will Have Strong customer service and patient focus skills. Eagerness to learn. Excellent time management and organisational skills. High level of attention to detail and confidentiality. Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team. Experience in a Radiology background, as well as exposure to Medicare services will be highly regarded. We Offer A dynamic team environment.
