Back in Motion Bundall is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated part-time receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our busy clinic.

What You'll Do
As the face of our clinic, you'll be integral to creating a warm, professional atmosphere from the moment clients walk in the door. Key responsibilities include:
Client engagement: Greet clients with a friendly smile, make them feel welcome, and manage check-ins.Appointment management: Answer calls, schedule appointments, and respond to client queries efficiently and accurately.Administrative support: Keep the reception area organised, manage client records, process payments, and handle day-to-day administrative tasks.Coordination: Work closely with our physiotherapists and support staff to ensure smooth communication and operations, supporting the team in delivering exceptional care.Technology: Use clinic management software to handle bookings, payments, and client details. This part-time role offers a set schedule, ideal for someone seeking work-life balance:
Monday, Thursday, Friday: 8am – 4pmTuesday, Thursday: 11am – 7pm Hourly Rate
$26.85 per hour (on award, depending on experience).
About You

Exceptional communication skills: You're confident, friendly, and can interact with clients in person and over the phone with ease.Organisation and multitasking: You can juggle multiple responsibilities without dropping the ball.A customer-first mindset: You're passionate about delivering outstanding service, ensuring every client feels valued and supported.Attention to detail: Whether scheduling appointments or managing payments, accuracy is key.Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred, but we're also open to training someone who is eager to learn and grow with us.Tech-savvy: Familiarity with clinic management systems is a plus, but not required.
