We're seeking a dedicated Part-Time Permanent Receptionist to join our team at Highpoint International Hotel.
This role is ideal for someone with exceptional organizational skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to outstanding customer service. As per Australian laws, you'll transition into a permanent position after a casual training and probation period.
Key Responsibilities:Answer phone calls and assist guest requests for room or event bookings.Manage internal and online booking systems.Process payments via credit/debit cards securely and efficiently.Assist guests with transport bookings and provide directions as needed.Coordinate with team members for smooth shift transitions and operations.Send, receive, and monitor emails related to guest bookings and inquiries.Address and resolve guest concerns related to bookings promptly and professionally.Maintain an accurate booking schedule and assist in rescheduling as required.Keep management and team members informed of booking updates.Requirements:Minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality reservations or a similar clerical role.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Strong customer service orientation with a professional telephone and face-to-face manner.Proficiency in computer systems and familiarity with booking software.Hands-on experience handling credit/debit card transactions.Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.A Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.What We Offer:A friendly and supportive work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Competitive remuneration and flexible work arrangements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
