The Walt Disney Company is on the search for our new Receptionist! This role is considered the face and voice of The Walt Disney Company ANZ and is integral in ensuring that our external guests are being provided with outstanding customer service. In addition to stellar customer service, the Receptionist role is primarily responsible for a range of reception and administration duties associated with the daily operations of the business, including support to the Facilities team.

You enjoy multitasking when your day-to-day changes quickly and that your tasks vary to ensure that the requirements of the business are supported.

Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Greet and welcome visitors in a respectful and courteous mannerManage all incoming calls, take messages, and pass to appropriate parties for Melbourne & Sydney Offices. Action all voicemail messages receivedKeep a safe and clean reception, kitchen, and main areasManage relationship with external vendors and maintain supply inventories for stationary, kitchen, and mail roomFacilitate any incoming / outcoming local, interstate, and international mail, packages, and couriersMaintain security by logging all incoming visitors – ensure passes are issued and recorded as requiredAd hoc duties as requiredThe successful candidate will have the below experience and approach to work: Previous experience in a customer service/administration focused roleHigh level of professional excellence and integrityIntuitive problem-solving skills with the initiative to facilitate a resolutionFlexible and positive mind-setBe proficient with Microsoft Office toolsTeam player with the ability to be proactive and work autonomouslyAdditional Information: This is unique opportunity to join the talented team that develops and delivers unparalleled entertainment across Australia and New Zealand so if this role captures your imagination then apply now!
