Receptionist

Todd Clinics is a wellness focused Chiropractic and natural health focused practices. With 10 practices across Gippsland and Geelong area.
We are searching for a unique individual to support our Cowes, Leongatha and Wonthaggi practices. This position is purely casual to support the team with coverage for sick leave and annual leave. This would be a great position for someone who loves being with people but doesn't want consistent work.

• Demonstrate people skills and the ability to make patients feel welcome and calm
• Experience as a receptionist (particularly healthcare related) would be preferred but not necessary
The role includes • Greeting patients and creating conversation
• Answering phones
• Making appointments
• Processing payments using HICAPS and EFTPOS
• Making sales from our shop (supplements etc) and having the ability to know small amounts about each product. (Training provided for this)
