About the Role We are looking for a passionate and driven part-time Receptionist to join our growing team at our brand-new Amberfield village in Yarralumla. This exciting role will report to the Resident Services Manager and provide the first point of contact for our residents and visitors. Duties and responsibilities include:
Be the first point of contact for residents and visitors coming into the villageGreet and assist all residents, visitors, and contractors with their inquiriesAnswer, manage, and/or redirect phone callsProcess all incoming and outgoing emails through the reception inboxComplete other associated administrative tasks relating to the role including room bookings and stock orderingThe permanent hours for this position are Monday - Wednesday, 8.30 am - 4.30 pm. Additional availability would be appreciated.
