About the role An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Cairns office for a full-time Receptionist.
Your duties will include:
Greeting clients and staff.Answering and transferring telephone calls.Electronically distributing faxes.Distributing incoming and preparing outgoing mail.Setting up and preparing meeting rooms for the day.Organising, cleaning and maintaining the staff kitchen.Assisting with catering, stationery and IT requirements.Assisting with opening files, conducting searches and archiving files.About you You will genuinely enjoy working with people and providing our office and clients with support and confidentiality. You will have great communication skills and excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities. You will be professionally presented and have a polished telephone manner with enthusiasm and willingness to work on your own and with our team.
Previous reception experience in a legal environment or equivalent will be highly regarded.
