Boutique mid-tier law firm seeks an experienced Senior career receptionist with law firm or accounting firm experience. Excellent salary on offer.

The role

As a Senior Receptionist, your duties include:
Answering a switchboard and taking messagesMeet and greet of clientsAssisting the Office Manager with general administration dutiesOpening and closing filesTaking paymentsSending emailsTaking new enquiriesOrganising meeting roomsOrganising catering and ordering stock for functionsSafe custodyKitchen dutiesForwarding emails, mail in/outOrdering stationery and office suppliesYour experience

You will have a minimum of 4 years Receptionist experience within a law firm or accounting firm environment.

The Law Firm / Salary

Well established law firm of 30 staff.
Supportive, friendly environment.
Salary dependent upon experience (between $70,000 - $80,000 + superannuation).
